Shipping policy

Shipping

When you place an order with us, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email.  We aim to despatch your item(s) within 48 hours of your order.  Once your item(s) are out for delivery, you will receive a further notification to let you know your order is on its way. 

We deliver items Worldwide.  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout once you confirm your country for delivery.  Most of our items are sent as a Small Parcel and shipping methods and rates are shown below.

United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)

All orders to UK delivery addresses are shipped using Royal Mail UK 1^st Class service (£3.85 to £5.57 depending on weight) or 2^nd Class service (£3.20).  Larger parcels will cost more.  Please choose your preferred service at checkout.

Europe - see below for a list of countries.

Orders to delivery addresses within Europe are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard service (£5.80 to £13.00 depending on weight).  Larger parcels will cost more. 

 

 World Zone 2 - see below for list of countries.

Orders to delivery addresses within World Zone 2 are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard service (from £8.35 depending on weight). Larger parcels will cost more.

World Zone 3 - USA 

Orders to delivery addresses within World Zone 3 (USA) are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard service (from £9.35 depending on weight). Larger parcels will cost more. 

World Zone 1 - Covers all countries, not defined as being in Europe, USA or World Zone 2.

Orders to delivery addresses within World Zone 1 are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard service (from £7.15 depending on weight). Larger parcels will cost more. 

Timescales for Delivery from time of despatch

UK – First Class: 1-2 Working Days  Second Class: 2-3 Working Days

EU – International Standard: Aim for 3-5 Working Days

Worldwide - International Standard: Aim for 6-7 Working Days

International Customers - please note that we complete a customs declaration and pay any relevant charges applicable within the UK, but any additional government fees, duties, taxes, customs charges etc applicable in your home country are your responsibility.

Tracking

Where tracking information is available it will be provided to you in your shipping notification.
